Administrative Assistant/Transaction Coordinator

  • Coordinate, track and oversee all tasks / activities associated with listing and selling of property 
  • Maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers as the first point of contact in handling inquiries and complaints
  • Act as a liaison between those clients and our agents, keeping both informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled
  • Assist when needed with all issues related to marketing, social media, database management, and research

Real Estate Sales Agent 

  • Prospects for leads daily
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM
  • Convert leads to appointments
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Write contracts and negotiate offers 
  • Oversee transactions alongside the admin staff from contract to close 
  • Regularly practice scripts and dialogues
  • Strive to develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools and all homeownership issues

Videographer/Videographer Intern

  • Transport, set-up and operate your own production equipment 
  • Assist with staging and set preparation as needed
  • Operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders and other production equipment 
  • Edit the video while ensuring the look and feel are consistent with our team’s brand / style guidelines and represent us in a thoughtful and relatable way
  • Share video content on youtube, social media and various other sites
