Administrative Assistant/Transaction Coordinator

  • Coordinate, track and oversee all tasks / activities associated with listing and selling of property 
  • Maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers as the first point of contact in handling inquiries and complaints
  • Act as a liaison between those clients and our agents, keeping both informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled
  • Assist when needed with all issues related to marketing, social media, database management, and research

Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Email Marketing

  • Assist with and monitor PPC Campaigns including content, target areas, performance and budget

  • Listing Launch including pre-listing presentation creation in InDesign; MLS input; Writing property descriptions; Property feature sheet creation Canva
  • Events & Programs: Coordinate and support annual events both for the community and the agent’s clients and sphere of influence; Oversee and Implement Client Appreciation / Rewards Program; Vendor partnerships; Sponsorships; Coordinate contests 
  • New Agent Training & Launch: Train new agents on what our team does to market for them; Assist in assembling their database; Coach them on the kind of content that performs best and help them plan their calendar accordingly 


Real Estate Sales Agent 

  • Prospects for leads daily
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM
  • Convert leads to appointments
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Write contracts and negotiate offers 
  • Oversee transactions alongside the admin staff from contract to close 
  • Regularly practice scripts and dialogues
  • Strive to develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools and all homeownership issues


Director of Sales / Director of Growth 

  • Lead the mission and vision of the Lisa Sisko Team
  • Implement the CEO’s vision
  • Use a version of the Growth Initiative tools (4 Conversations) to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability
  • Assist in hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all Agents on the Team to our standards and goals
  • Develop a recruiting plan
  • Keep team presentation updated and fresh with content prospective agents would find useful and attractive
  • Hold 30-60-90 day reviews with each new agent (with CEO and Director of Operations)
  • Liaison between the CEO, Director of Operations and Agents
  • Responsible for tracking monthly goals with each team agent
  • Leads script practicing session/morning meetings with team agents
  • Monthly 1 on 1 coaching with each team agent (reviewing client taken goals, time blocking, appointment conversion, CRM usage and conversions, utilizing Lisa Sisko Team resources)
  • Create retention plan to ensure current agents are recognized, supported and hitting their goals consistently
  • Partner with the CEO and DOO to analyze lead sources & ROI


Videographer/Videographer Intern

  • Transport, set-up and operate your own production equipment 
  • Assist with staging and set preparation as needed
  • Operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders and other production equipment 
  • Edit the video while ensuring the look and feel are consistent with our team’s brand / style guidelines and represent us in a thoughtful and relatable way
