Today, Audrey French and April Wojtyszyn are here to describe what they do as two of the full-time administrative assistants on The Lisa Sisko Team. 

Audrey is the director of operations, and April is our client care coordinator. 

We also have two administrative assistants who work remotely for us. The first is Barb Denton, who manages all of the photography files and several marketing initiatives. The second is Jackie Brehm, who is a wiz at all of our systems. Jackie also manages several of our special projects. 

We are also looking to hire a part-time transaction coordinator to help April as our team continues to grow.

So, what does a day in the life look like for April and Audrey? 

“On a normal day, I manage all of our listings and transactions from contract to close,” says April. As client care coordinator, April’s job mainly involves checking emails, working in our CRM, dotloop, which is our signing system, and the multiple listing service. 

“Each closing has about 70 activities assigned to me,” she says. “It’s up to me to make sure that they are done on schedule and that all of our buyers and sellers are aware of what’s happening in the process.” 

As director of operations, the first thing I do is look at the business plan, marketing initiatives, and ways to help the agents grow through efficiencies,” says Audrey. “When I come in each morning, I check my email and go through the different activities that I have in terms of getting information ready for the agents so that they can lead generate.” Audrey also handles different marketing tasks for our listings and sales. 

“When I’m not at my desk, I’m meeting with agents one-on-one or speaking with Lisa about our team’s business,” Audrey adds.
